Tony, a retired Command Sergeant Major, boasts an impressive 31-year career in the US Army. His service spanned across the Infantry, Aviation, and Air Defense Artillery Branch, and he is a distinguished Veteran of Vietnam, Operation Red Hat, Operation Desert Shield, and Desert Storm. Tony's leadership prowess is evident in his journey from Squad Leader to the esteemed position of Air Defense Artillery School Command Sergeant Major.
After retiring from the US Army, Tony worked with Edge Inc., a military contracting and research and development company, as the lead for Patriot Unit Mission Readiness Exercises. He was responsible for designing and executing world-class National Training Center (NTC) style exercises and validations.
In 2006, Tony founded Warfighting System Solutions (WFSS) Inc. due to the growing need for training Counter-Rocket, Artillery, and Mortar (C-RAM) units for deployment. He and his daughter Lisette provided Mission Readiness Exercises support to multiple units as the C-RAM program developed. The company, initially a two-employee venture, has since flourished under his leadership, now boasting over 35 full and part-time employees. This growth is a testament to Tony's ability to adapt and meet the evolving needs of deploying units and soldiers.
Tony is recognized as a Legacy Member of the Air Defense Artillery and the Ancient Order of St. Barbara (Patron Saint of Air Defense). His military awards include two Legion of Merit Medals, two Bronze Star Medals, four Air Medals, and a Purple Heart.
Although Tony has retired, he continues to serve WFSS as a senior advisor, providing world-class training support to the military community.
